Take Back Program

Consolidated Logistics, Inc. invites our customers and vendors to contact us regarding any wireless or consumer electronic products which you are unsure of how to dispose of properly. We will arrange for shipping and will guarantee environmentally safe disposal of your product at no charge.


What Products Qualify for the Take Back Program?


1. Cellular phones, installed mobile and bag phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), pagers, two-way radios and walkie talkies.
  • Accessories (chargers, leather cases – holsters, headsets, earpieces, memory cards, etc.)
  • Cellular batteries
2. Desktop computers (including CPUs)
  • Computer monitors (including CRT monitors and flat-panel monitors)
  • Portable computers (CPUs with monitors)
  • Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
  • Desk Top Printers

Packing Procedures and Preparing Equipment and Materials for Shipment.


1. Call CLI (210-523-5550) and ask for the shipping coordinator, indicate you have Take Back Inventory for pick-up.

2. Information you will need to provide to CLI to is:
  • Company Name, Address, and Contact person for pick-up.
  • Number of boxes and or pallets to be shipped.
  • Dimensions and Weight of shipment
3. All materials should be boxed and sealed
  • Shipments exceeding 9 boxes should be placed on a pallet not to exceed (42” x 42”) and must be shrink-wrapped.
  • Gaylord boxes must be placed on pallets
  • Do not let equipment or boxes overhang the pallet.
4. Lift Gate Required: Yes / No
5. Hours of operation (specific to pick-up)
6. Include Packing Slip
